Reservation & Ticketing Questions

Each set may have its own combination of reserved seating and/or festival seating tickets. High-profile performances and weekend sets will often have only reserved seating without the option for festival seating.
  • For sets that have reserved seating, you can choose from a number of seating times so that you can arrive in advance of the show and have dinner and drinks (see question below).
  • For sets that have festival seating ticketing, your festival seating ticket will guarantee you a seat and you are free to sit anywhere in the venue based on a "first come, first seated" basis (see question below).
For sets with reserved seating, you can purchase a ticket to be seated at a table in one of four areas:
  • Premier seating: the best views directly in front of the stage,
  • Standard seating: our standard tables with clear unobstructed views,
  • Standard seating (partially obstructed view): our standard tables with a partially obstructed view,
  • Cocktail & Bar seating: high tops with stools and social bar seating; partial views of stage with live video feed on 2 monitors.
Please note that tables are reserved starting from the front of the venue working towards the back based on the date of your reservation/ticket purchase. Thus, earlier ticket purchases will have a reserved table that is closer to the stage.

Festival seating is our general admission ticket and is available for some sets. The entire venue or a portion of the venue may be designated for festival seating. These tickets will guarantee you a seat and you are free to sit anywhere in the venue based on a "first come, first seated" basis. This means that depending on your time of arrival and the popularity of the show, you may end up sitting at a Premier table, Standard table or in the Cocktail & Bar Area.
Certain sets may have one or more time slots available for dinner reservations before the show begins, for example, an 8:00pm set may have reservations available at 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm and 7:30pm. This is to ensure that your party can arrive at the venue at a convenient time but still have time for a comfortable dinner before the show. Your ticket purchase is your dinner reservation.

Festival seating ticket holders are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before the show begins. However, if you'd like to have dinner or drinks before the show, then we would recommend that you arrive sooner. Note that we cannot guarantee early entry to the venue for second sets if the prior set is sold-out or at capacity.
Yes, you will have dinner and enjoy the music in the same seat.
No, a single ticket purchase is always for a single set. However, subject to seating availability you may have options to attend both sets:
  • If you are purchasing tickets in advance, you can guarantee seating by purchasing a second ticket for the other set. As many shows sell out, this is the only way to ensure access to both sets for shows in high demand.
  • If you've walked-in for a set and paid a cover charge, then you can stay for the second set by paying a second cover charge, assuming that seating is available for the second set.
The maximum is 6 tickets on the website. Please call the club to purchase additional tickets if you are bringing a larger party so we can accommodate your group properly.
Yes, select shows qualify for a student discount that is given as a table credit to use for food or beverage purchase after presenting your student ID at the door. Shows offering a student discount will be noted on the event page.
Yes, we'll do our best to accommodate. Please let us know who you'd like to sit with in the order "notes" field when purchasing your tickets.
Please keep in mind that there is a limited amount of seating available for each show. If the show is sold-out online, you may contact us at (215) 568-3131 to inquire about seating availability.
